by uploading images or creating a User account
in the MyTriops Gallery.

Any images you upload must be your copyright.

Any images uploaded will remain your copyright.
We do not own them.

You agree to allow us to display the images in this Gallery for the sole use of showing them to the public via this MyTriops Gallery.

Only images relating to Triops creatures and their upkeep should be uploaded.

Images you upload will be reduced in size to 1280 pixels in width if they are bigger than that.

Only a maximum of 20 pictures may be held in a persons Account.

MyTriops will delete images without warning if it regards an image as offensive or not appropriate.

No images uploaded can be returned to you.
We are not a 'Archiving site', please keep your orginals.

Please note that comments may be entered against your images by the public.
In no way is MyTriops or its owner libel for any damages if an offensive comment is made by someone.
If such a thing occurs, then please email MyTriops immediately and we will remove them.
